In this class, Frank Petrarca will teach you how to craft simple yet delicious loaves of Italian bread from scratch. Frank will share his family recipe and plenty of pro tips for making great bread. This is a hands-on class, and you can choose to mix your dough in class or take home a “kit” so you can bake at your convenience. (Kneading space is limited). If you do choose to knead your dough in class bring a plastic bowl with a lid. You’ll learn all about kneading, proofing, shaping & baking to make beautiful loaves every time. If you have never baked bread before this session is a great place to start and you can build on this skill to take on more challenging breads.
