Celebrate the 28th annual Big Brew on May 3, 2025
Held on the first Saturday in May, Big Brew for National Homebrew Day is an opportunity to fire up the kettle and raise a glass to the greatest hobby there is— homebrewing!
Join us in the Great Fermentations parking lot, bring your brewing equipment, and brew a batch with us and other local homebrewers. There will also be several homebrew clubs in attendance as well, pouring samples of their clubs finest homebrew!
PLEASE REGISTER IF YOU WANT TO COME AND BREW! Registration is free; we just need to get a count of how many people will be brewing for planning purposes.
Details
For those that are new to Big Brew Day, the details are rather simple. We provide a space in our parking lot, and you bring your brewing equipment. You can also bring a tent, some chairs, and whatever you need to make the day enjoyable. We'll provide a chilling station to help cool your wort. We just ask you keep your brew size to a max of 5 gallons so as to keep the chill time to a minimum.
Have an electric system? No problem! We've got an outlet for you (limit one per brewer). Just let us know when registering if you will need one or not
Aside from brewing beer, we'll also have several of the local homebrew clubs on site. They'll be pouring samples of their clubs finest homebrew for you to try!
What Should I brew?
