GF608The Brewmaster Edition Chronical fermenter by SS Brewtech is an amazing stainless steel conical fermenter that improves on the standard line, with all-new features! The Brewmaster's Edition Chronical starts what the standard line started, with certified food grade 304 stainless steel construction, sanitary welds, and racking and bottom dump capabitilies. However, it improves upon the valves used in the racking and bottom dump by replacing the standard 3-piece valves with custom stainless steel squeeze trigger butterfly valves, which have zero dead space and a large fluid passageway. These are the valves used in the brewing industry by pro brewers worldwide! In addition, the Brewmaster's Edition Chronical includes a sampling valve for taking samples and an LCD thermometer for use with the thermowell for monitoring temperature.
The lid on this model also has a 3 in. tri-clamp fitting, which can be used with a few nifty accessories that are sold separately, including a CIP ball for cleaning or a stainless steel blowoff tube. What's more, if you have already invested in some of the 1.5 in. tri-clamp accessories, SS Brewtech offers an optional 3 in. to 1.5 in. tri-clamp reducer. However, probably the biggest feature that sets this model apart from the standard model is the included chiller coil and neoprene jacket for temperature control! The chiller coil is installed on the interior of the Chronical fermenter body, allowing for chilling by water or even glycol! In addition, this Brewmaster Series Chronical now includes a neoprene jacket. SS Brewtech has though of everything with this Brewmaster's Edition Chronical fermenter!
Please note that this does not come with the FTSs temp controller, water pump, power supply, or tubing.
