Azacca hops are here! Azacca (aka ADHA 483) is known for its incredible aromatic qualities, and is often used as a late addition or dry hop in hoppy beers. It has gained popularity for its use in IPAs, but can be used for a range of different beers. It has tropical aromas of tropical fruits and citrus, with flavor notes that include mango, pine, tangerine, pineapple. It is also described as having some spice notes as well. Although it is an American hop, it is often said to have characteristics of South Pacific hops from New Zealand and Australia.
