This Brewer's Sea Salt is pure, without iodine or other additives, and is perfect for adding sodium and chloride content to your water, or for use in making a refreshing German gose! This salt is slightly coarse, coming in a 1 oz package for minor additions to beer and brewing water. A small level of sodium is common in most brewing water, and a requirement in the gose style of beer. You can add a hint of refreshing saltiness by adding 0.25 oz to your beer in the last 10 minutes of the boil.
