The Amber liquid malt extract is made from a blend of Briess malts, and is a step up in color from the light malt extract. Great for use in a wide range of beers that require a bit more color. The 3.3 lbs. of liquid extract can be used as a substitution for 3 lbs. of its DME equivalent.
