Viognier has sometimes been called the sister grape to Syrah. A white grape that can grow well in warm climates, Viognier has shown promise as a up and coming grape cultivar in Chile. It is known for floral and fruity aromatic and flavor notes, with hints of peach and apricot coupled with honey and orange blossom.
