This heater has a built-in 90F thermostat that allows for gentle warming for optimal fermentation conditions. It attaches to the insulated Flex jacket via velcro and sits at the bottom of the conical cone, where it can heat the coldest liquid and give you the most consistent temperature throughout the wort.
