Limerick is here! Our classic dry stout is similar in style to Guinness Draught or Murphy's stouts which are light in body and just roasty enough. This stout is perfect for the fall and winter, and is nearly required on St. Patrick's Day! The beer uses flaked barley for increased body and head retention, as well as roasted barley for that rich roastiness found in traditional classic dry stouts. We also use a bit of blackprinz malt for additional depth of color, as well as acid malt for that characteristic acid bite. A few additions of Fuggle hops, native to the British isles, round our the beer and provide the perfect balance to the malt character of the beer.
