This 1 dram sized lime oil flavoring has a million uses! It can be used in beer and winemaking at a rate of 1 to 2 drams per 5-6 gallons, depending on desired flavor. Super concentrated, these are great to use in beer and wine and give a wonderful flavor! These are also ideal for hard seltzer and carbonated water. In fact. we have found great success with using these here in the store to make carbonated water to drink during the day (when we can't have beer and wine!)
