Little DIPA is a thiolized version of the popular Conan strain of yeast that is used in New England IPAs and DIPAs. Little DIPA pairs its signature peach ring and pricot aromas with robus thiols and adds a little boots to your hoppy beers. Expect no diacetyl production due to DKO (Diacetyl Knock Out) technology. A thiolized form of Omega's OYL-052 DIPA Ale yeast, this is a fabulous strain that punches up thiol production!
