All the Bretts means pretty much just that! This is an ever-evolving blend of nearly every Brettanomyces strain in Omega Yeast Labs' collection! They state that this blend will always have at least ten different strains of Brett. This is the perfect blend for a secondary Brett fermentation that will lead to high attenuation, as well as a fruity and funky complexity that continues to develop over time.
