Ryeteous! Our Brewer's Reserve Ryeteous Ryewine is a lot like what you have come to expect out of a big barleywine - malty and delicious, with a good, balancing hop character. However, this ryewine features a healthy dose of malted rye to give it a spicy depth of character. Some flaked rye gives this beer a nice creaminess and helps with head retention, as well as some specialty grains that help accentuate the malt characteristic of the beer. This is balanced by a load of fruity American hops! While this beer is good after packaging, it will benefit through proper aging and will come into its own as a wonderfully complex sipping beer!
