These filter pads are the finest filter pads available for the Super Jet. They should be used when even further clarity and brightness is needed than the #2 polishing filter pads can provide, such as in brilliantly clear white wines. These pads are capable of removing up to 80% of the yeast in wine. As they are such a fine pad ( 0.5 micron), these should only be used on wines that have been filtered with #2 polishing filter pads at least once. These are the perfect way to prepare wines for bottling!
