This is a mix of a few favorite New England-Style IPA yeasts that each contribute something to making a great, fruity and hazy New England IPA! This yeast strain has medium to low flocculation characteristics which leave the beer hazy. However, it also creates tropical fruit easters that bring out mango and pineapple flavors which add to the overall drinkability of the beer. This strain finishes fairly dry, yet still allows the beer to come across as juicy. The perfect blend for your perfect New England IPA!
