The perfect White Labs yeast strain for New England IPAs! Burlington Ale yeast from White Labs is a great yeast for those delicious, cloudy IPAs from out east, know as East Coast, Northeast, or New England IPAs. It gives a little more juicy character and body to beers than the more neutral White Labs WLP001 California Ale strain. It is a great yeast for the  production of excellent American and English-style pale ales and IPAs! As this yeast can produce some diacetyl, raising the temperature for a diacetyl rest near the end of primary fermentation is recommended. Give this yeast a try for your next hazy IPA!
